Ford Grand C-Max Leasing
Here’s an MPV that we think would suit an awful lot of family drivers – Ford’s Grand C-MAX. This 7-seat mid-sized MPV has been usefully updated in recent times.
The Ford Grand C-MAX seven-seat compact MPV has long been the best People Carrier of its kind to drive. In this revised form though, it also brings a range of useful fresh technologies to this segment and benefits from smarter looks and a revised range of more efficient engines. As before, a Ford Grand C-MAX lease also gets you clever seat-folding mechanisms and plenty of space as part of an accomplished range of virtues.

Why Would You Want One?
The family drivers that this Grand C-MAX model s targeting are a demanding bunch, but this version’s smarter looks and greater efficiency should be well received in this, the most important segment of the MPV market. There’s certainly little doubt that this improved model’s extra technology will play well amongst those looking to take out a Ford Grand C-MAX personal lease. Here, after all, we’ve been brought a car that potentially can do an awful lot. The ‘Active City Stop’, ‘Active Park Assist’ and ‘Hands-Free Tailgate’ options all work well, while the standard programmable ‘MyKey’ feature is particularly worthy of note.
What hasn’t changed is perhaps the most important thing: the sheer joy of realising that MPV driving needn't be boring is something special.
Give Me the Key Details...
As before, there's a clever 2+3+2 seating layout and luggage space ranges from risible with all seven seats in place to up to 750+ litres in a five-seat layout. Fold all the seats down and there's over 1,700-litres to play with. This time round with this improved MK1 model, Ford has paid particular attention to improving refinement. Noise, vibration and harshness have been improved through the use of thicker side glass and more absorbent seals around the tailgate and rear view mirror.
Ford Grand C-MAX leasing will be based on your preferred selection from the wide-ranging engine line-up. The star of the range is the 120PS 1.5-litre TDCi diesel engine. There are also the multi-award winning 1.0-litre EcoBoost petrol engines, offered once again in 100 and 125PS outputs. The biggest option in the range is a revised 2.0-litre diesel.
The Bottom Line
You’d have to think that the Blue Oval brand has done enough to keep this car amongst the key compact seven-seat MPVs you simply have to try if you’re buying in this segment. Of course, it’s not perfect. Some rivals shade it in terms of ultimate carriage capacity or cabin quality, while others are slightly cheaper. There’s not much in it these days though and what’s not up for debate is the fact that this Ford still leads the field by a useful margin when it comes to driving dynamics.
Perhaps what’s changed here though is that if that doesn’t matter to you, then there are now more reasons than ever to still seriously consider this car. You can certainly see why so many families like it.
