Ford KA Leasing

Ford's KA+ is a very complete citycar proposition, with five doors, an efficient little 1.2-litre petrol engine and some clever interior features.
The KA+ is a different to any small citycar we’ve previously seen from Ford. And crucially, it’s also different to many of its sub-Supermini rivals, thanks to class-leading driving dynamics and a particularly spacious cabin. Potentially, there’s a lot to like here.

Why Would You Want One?
There’s five doors in a KA for the first time and near-supermini-standards of cabin space. Low pricing is once again a priority too, achieved thanks to an affordable Indian production plant, along with super-simple underpinnings and engine-ware borrowed from the old 6th generation Fiesta.
Get out the tape measure and you'll find this model to be a fraction shorter than a Fiesta, but a little taller. Taking inspiration from Ford's latest design language, the well-proportioned exterior features a distinctive high-mounted trapezoidal grille with large, swept-back headlamps. Ford KA finance is affordable too.
Give Me the Key Details...
Ford KA finance deals will depend on your choice of variant. Under the bonnet, all models get a 1.2-litre petrol engine, but it’s available with a choice of 70PS and 85PS power outputs. This Duratec unit is derived from the same family as the 1.25-litre engine in the old Fiesta, and features twin-independent variable camshaft timing technology to enhance performance and fuel efficiency and reduce emissions.
As for driving dynamics, well small Fords have always been fun to drive and to try and make sure that this one continues that tradition, it features a unique chassis specification with specially developed features including the steering system, springs and dampers, front anti-roll bar, rear torsion beam axle and tyres, along with re-engineered front sub-frame and engine mounts. All this combines with a standard five-speed manual transmission (there's no automatic option).
That extra height we mentioned is important as it means that two six foot adults can comfortably sit one behind the other, something not really possible in a Fiesta. There's best-in-segment rear legroom too, plus front headroom is also best-in-class. There's a decent 270-litre boot too.
The Bottom Line
Ford was too long without a meaningful contender in the Citycar segment but this KA+ has thoroughly corrected that oversight. Tempting Ford KA lease rates complement rock bottom insurance ratings and the impressive SYNC media connectivity system. It all adds up to a very strong class contender indeed. In short, the KA, it seems, has come of age.
