Vauxhall Corsa Leasing

Vauxhall’s Corsa has long been one of the UK’s most popular superminis. For good reason.
This fourth-generation Corsa delivers similar dimensions to its predecessor - but that's as far as the similarities go. With a more agile chassis, suppler suspension and a three-cylinder petrol engine that takes star billing, it also features a smart interior. Running costs are frugal. And the electrically-assisted power steering offers a City mode for you to twirl around effortlessly when parking. Vauxhall Corsa finance deals can be tempting too.

Give Me the Key Details...
Vauxhall Corsa lease deals will be based around the choice you make from a wide engine line-up. The star powerplant in the range is the 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder turbo petrol unit, available in either 90 or 115PS guises. This is one of the only production three-cylinder engines on the market with a balancer shaft, helping it combat noise, vibration and harshness. Vauxhall also offers two six-speed gearboxes, a manual and an automatic. Of course, there are other engine options. Older 75 and 90PS 1.4i petrol powerplants were carried over from the previous generation model. Plus there’s a 1.4-litre unit with 100 or 150PS – or 200PS in the hot hatch VXR variant. There’s also a 1.3 CDTi diesel unit with 75 and 95PS output options
The overall proportioning isn't that much of a departure from the old third-generation model, with this car retaining the somewhat tall and narrow shape. The 3-door bodyshape has a sporty look that separates it from the more practical 5-door models. Inside, a driver control centre takes pride of place within the instrument panel, and there’s Vauxhall’s IntelliLink communications system. There’s a practical 285-litre boot.
The Bottom Line
So, how will a Vauxhall Corsa lease stack up for you? Well, ultimately what we’re looking at here is a Corsa that can. It can be fun to drive. It can deliver a big car feel. And it can stack up well on the balance sheet. It’s a small Vauxhall for which no apologies need to be made. Add to that the wide model line-up and the likely deals on offer and you’ve a supermini that needs to remain high on anyone’s supermini shopping list.
